Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation Requests:

    • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, please note that if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process, we may not be able to accommodate the cancellation.
  2. Perishable Services:

    • We regret that we cannot accept cancellation requests for perishable services. However, if you believe that the quality of the service delivered is unsatisfactory, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement.
  3. Receipt of Damaged or Defective Services:

    • If you receive damaged or defective services, please promptly report the issue to our Customer Service team. However, please be aware that the request will be processed after the merchant has conducted their own assessment. This report should be made within 2 days of receiving the services.
  4. Service Discrepancies:

    • If you believe that the service received does not match the description on the site or meet your expectations, kindly notify our customer service within 2 days of receiving the service. Our Customer Service Team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
  5. Services with Manufacturer Warranties:

    • For services that come with a warranty from service providers, please direct any issues or complaints to the respective service provider.
  6. Refund Processing:

    • If a refund is approved by (A division of JobPoint Technology Pvt Ltd.), please note that it is valid only within 2 days of the initial payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
